Life was hard when I was young
A long time ago, my father passed away when I was seven years old.
Our family went from being wealthy to very poor, and everything changed. We moved from house to house, struggling to find stability.
My social world shifted dramatically too. I went from a private school to a public school with a completely different culture in Thailand.
At the public school, I was constantly bullied by classmates and even teachers. It was so overwhelming that I stopped attending school for two years.
Still, I managed to pass my exams without studying, likely because the private school had taught me far beyond my grade level.
But at home, my mother was always complaining and would beat me with a cane almost every day.
At one point, the depression became unbearable. I thought about my father constantly and even considered ending my life because the pain felt like too much to handle.
Finally, things started to improve when I entered junior high school. The bullying lessened, and life slowly got better.
